Refrigeration System:

The cooling is effected by CFC free refrigeration system with a condensing unit located inside the chamber.
Quest condensing heat transfer and low power consumption.
CFC-free eco-friendly refrigeration system Inner grooved copper tubes and slit aluminium fins for superior heat transfer Filter drier for moisture and dirt protection Safety and control devices for better system protection Thermally protected and permanently lubricated fan motor.

 

Construction:

  • Double wall construction
  • Interior chamber is fabricated from high grade stainless steel Material (S.S.304).
  • Exterior body is fabricated from made Mild steel material-which is duly powder coated in attractive shades.
  • Full size polycarbonate sheet inner door to . inspect samples without affecting the chamber temperature.
  • Properties of polycarbonate sheet door (Unbreakable, Un-scratchable, High temperature resistant, Robust, Air tight and Transparent).
  • Outer double walled metal door with sponge type silicon gasket for air-tight sealing as to avoid leakage of chamber uniformity
  • User friendly and tactfully designed chamber door and locking mechanism.
  • Chamber illumination is accomplished by Fluorescent light with door switch.
  • Electrical wiring as per CE Compliances – with individual numbering of each internal circuitry wire for ease of maintenance & Repairing.
  • Electric Motor of blower located at the back side of unit, which is protected with safety cover to avoid accident.
  • Standard motor of reputed companies – such as CG, GODREJ or GE Make.
  • Hermetically sealed CFC Free Kirlosker/ Emerson make refrigeration system with R-134A refrigerant media.
  • Humidity system is accompanied by Non-condensing type steam injection system with water level arrangement controlled through ball-cock valve.
  • Exterior illumination with fluorescents tube lights for artificial day light and the cyclic illumination conditions are regulated by AUTOMATIC 0-24 HOURS Timer.
  • Fitted with water Inlet, water Outlet & Over Flow Nozzle.
  • Cord wire duly tested and inspected with stress factor as per CE standard.
  • Aesthetic outer appearance and high quality.
  • Unit mounted on castor wheels for easy movement.

 

Insulation:

70mm polyurethane insulation (PUF)/ fiberboard to ensure better insulation and less leakage of temperature or RH from inner body to the surroundings.

 

Air Circulation:

Temperature is maintained by a quiet running blower circulation air throughout the chamber. Forced air circulated vertically down and re circulated throughout the chamber for uniform temperature and humidity.

 

Humidity:

Humidity created by steam injection method. The boiler tank is fitted in the back side of the chamber for better servicing, Electromagnetic switch for controlling the wet heater from burning off if water level is not adequate. Float valve provided to control water level in the boiler tank.

 

Heating System:

Long lasting SS tubular heaters used as heating element. The stainless steel fins provided to ensure better heat transfer.

 

Trays For Sample:

Removable perforated trays are part of the standard supply. Strong enough to with-stand heavy load of test specimens Such trays will also facilitate better air circulation. The distance between trays will be 15-20 centimeters.

 

Pre-installation Mandatory Requirement:

  • Distilled water OR DM water continuous supply with tap for boiler input of 3/8″ BSP at 3 feet height.
  • Room temperature around the machine preferably at 25 °C. with air conditioning or a well-ventilated room with an exhaust fan.
  • However surrounding temperature should not exceed 30 °C.
  • Stabilized Input Voltage of 230 Volt, 50 Hz, 20 Amps, AC Supply. Use of Servo Controlled Stabilizer is recommended.
  • Water drain line with 3/8″ nozzle to be provided at floor level.
