QUEST CLASS II B2 BIOLOGICAL SAFETY CABINET
- Featuring 100% exhaust, protects lab staff, the environment and sensitive work processes in which biological agents are applied.
- The cabinet offers a high level of contamination protection, based on two advanced HEPA filters operating at an efficiency of @99.99% @ 0.3 um.
CONSTRUCTION:
Robust construction and enhanced safety features qualify the cabinet for the most demanding laboratory Applications. The cabinet is fully assembled and ready to install.
- Main Body is Made of 18 gauge electro-galvanized steel, with oven-baked epoxy powder-coated finish.
- The interior work area is formed from single pieces of stainless steel 304 grade with large radius corners to simplify cleaning.
MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL & ALARMS SYSTEM:
- The microprocessor controller shall be mounted on the main control panel, Angled down toward the user for easy access.
- The controller shall include soft-touch keypad controls and a backlit LCD display to access the operation of the blower /motor, Light, UV Light, and Menu.
- Programmable UV Light to allow specific exposure time from 0 to 60 minutes with automatic shut-off features UV interlocking with front window i.e. closed automatically when front window is open.

- Total HEPA Filter timer showing used time and balance available life an hour.
- Password protection (Programmable) for authorized operation.

MOUNTING STAND, FRONT SASH, AND ARM REST:
Powder coated square pipe mounting stand with castor wheels and a locking arrangement are provided. Ergonomic design includes an angled front sash with counterweights, magnetic switches for door positions, armrests, eye-level LCD displays, alarms, etc., for operator comfort.
SERVICE CONNECTIONS:
- Two gas/vacuum cocks are provided on one side panel with provision for 2 more on the other side panel. 2 ports each are available on side panels for signal cables.
- Two 5 A female electrical sockets with switches are provided on the unit’s back panel.
