CLASS III BIOLOGICAL SAFETY CABINET:
The model design allows using those cabinets for work with deadly bacteria and viruses.
If connected to the individual active exhaust system, the cabinet could be used for protection from small amounts of toxic chemical substances and radionuclide’s.
The system of monitoring with the audio-visible indication system warns the operator about the failure of working modes in the cabinet.
KEY BENEFITS
- The cabinet has a sealed PASS-THROUGH SLUICE GATE made of stainless steel.
- A PULL OUT SLUICE TABLE TOP makes loading objects into the working chamber easier.
- FRONT SASH can be lifted for equipment loading. It is made of laminated safety glass and equipped with two oval glove ports.
- REMOVABLE OUTLET UNIT in the working chamber with self-powered shutoff function.
- The design of the cabinet allows integrating several cabinets in one line for continuous technological process.
CABINET FILTRATION SYSTEM:
- The cabinet shall have one supply down flow filter and one exhaust filter. Both filter shall be HEPA type filter.
- The filters shall be within an aluminum frame with mini-plate design. No wood or fiber board shall be used in the filter assembly.
- The typical filter efficiency shall be >99.99% between 0.3 & above micron particle size.
- Ambient air is pulled through the perforation located towards the work zone front prevent contamination of the work surface and work product.
- The inflow does not mix with the clean air within the cabinet work zone.
- Inflow air travels through a return path towards the common air plenum (Blower Plenum) at the top of the cabinet.
- Approximately 100% of the air in the common plenum is ex-hausted through the HEPA filter.
CONSTRUCTION
Robust construction and enhanced safety features qualify the cabinet for the most demanding laboratory Applications. The cabinet is fully assembled and ready to install.
- Main Body Made of 18 gauge electro-galvanized steel, with oven backed epoxy powder coated finish.
- The interior work area is formed from a single pieces of stainless steel 304 grade with large radius corners to simplified cleaning.
Pass Box
- Outer panels of the pass box are made of metal covered with powder enamel;
- Inner chamber is leak-tight and made of SS-304 stain-less steel;
- Angular door location: outer door is in front, inner door is built into the side wall of the work Chamber.
- Windows of the pass box are made of tempered glass.
- LED lighting of the pass box;
- UV light.
- Pullout tray made of SS-304 stainless steel ensuring easy transferring of the objects from the pass box into the work chamber.
Microprocessor Control & Alarms System
- The microprocessor controller shall be mounted on the main control panel,Angled down toward the user for easy access.
- The controller shall include soft touch key pad controls and backlit LCD display to access operation of the blower /motor, Light,UV Light and Menu.
- On the LCD display simultaneously display mode no, Sash Status, Real clock, Inflow, Down Flow, Air flow status and temperature.
- Audible and Visual alarms shall be provided for Unsafe conditions such as improper airflow or Sash.
