CONSTRUCTION

Robust construction and enhanced safety features qualify the cabinet for the most demanding laboratory Applications. The cabinet is fully assembled and ready to install.

  • Main Body Made of 18 gauge electro-galvanized steel, with oven backed epoxy powder coated finish.
  • The interior work area is formed from a single pieces of stainless steel 304 grade with large radius corners to simplified cleaning.
  • The cabinet working zone has no welded joints to collect contamination and rust.
    The working table made of S.S 304 Grade.

SOFT TOUCH KEYBOARD MEMBRANE

Soft Touch Keyboard Membrane touch keyboard andthe rear-lit LCD display all required data keeping the operator constantly up to date of the cabinet conditions:

  • Two Mode: Quick & Normal

MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL & ALARMS SYSTEM

  • The microprocessor controller shall be mounted on the main control panel Angled down toward the user for easy access.
  • The controller shall include soft touch key pad controls and backlit LCD display to access operation of the blower /motor, Light, UV Light and Menu.
  • On the LCD display simultaneously display mode no, Sash Status, Real clock, Down Flow, Air flow status and temperature.
  • Audible and Visual alarms shall be provided for Unsafe conditions such as improper airflow or Sash.
  • The air flow shall be monitored by air velocity sensor mounted in the cabinet.
  • The cabinet shall have field calibration mode that simplifies on site calibration mode.
  • In this cabinet there is two type of operational mode -Normal mode secondary Quick start mode.
  • A Selectable Quick start mode should be available to automatically turn the blower and light ON/OFF By moving Sash window to the correct position.
  • Airflow sensor alerts the user if airflow is sufficient for greater safety.
  • UV timer showing used time and balance available life in hours.
  • Total HEPA Filter timer showing used time and balance available life in hour.
  • UV light/Door/Fluorescent Light Inter Lock i.e. UV switches ON only when door is closed, and automatically switches OFF fluorescent lights. Display of safe/unsafe position for door
